In CRM we always run into the questions “How long will customer stay?” “or “What is the average lifespan of a customer?”

Here is a simple tip on how to quickly calculate it:
Average Customer Lifespan = 1 / Churn Rate

For example: if your monthly churn rate = 5% –> average customer lifespan = 20 months.
This is something useful that can be used in multiple ways.
